The Hedebo group was formed early in 2010.
It followed a series of classes which introduced students to the technique of ‘modern’ Hedebo. The needlelace patterns are worked in spaces which are cut into fine linen. Interested students wished to continue using the technique so this group was formed.
It is not a structured class situation but help is given to those who are interested but have not previously attended a class. We have an opportunity to meet and exchange ideas and designs and experiment using various fabrics and threads.
The group usually meets on the 5th Sunday of the month during the year and negotiate extra meetings when possible.
New members are most welcome and more information may be obtained from Ann Gorroick, email: firstname.lastname@example.org
