General Class Information
The Guild offers occasional classes in a variety of techniques as well as structured courses for you to develop your knowledge of embroidery. These classes suit both beginners and advanced students.
Joining a class enables participants to be instructed in the correct technique applicable to a particular form of embroidery and to meet members of the Guild with similar interests. Classes are open to members of the Public and members. Members enjoy a discounted rate.
A place can be reserved by paying a non-refundable deposit of $40.00 unless otherwise indicated in the class description.

Embroiderers' Guild Education Programme
Classes offer instruction in a very large range of embroidery techniques and are open to all.
Certificate Courses are for Guild members who wish to pursue a structured course of self directed study to an advanced level. Click HERE for more information.
Back to Basics (Embroidery & Construction) gives Guild members a thorough grounding in the construction of small articles and includes the basics of embroidery and handling of some fabrics and threads. Click HERE for more information.
JEMS caters for young people from 8 to 17 years (up to year 12 at school). Click HERE for more information.
